Are Guinea pigs right for you?
Guinea pigs are cute and cuddly, but do you have the skills to take care of them?
Here are some pros and cons on guinea pigs:
Pros:
-Are small, so don’t need a lot of space.
-They bring you lots of laughter and smiles.
-And they are very sweet and kind.
Cons:
-Need lots of love, so you need some to hang out with them.
-They eat a LOT, so you need lots of food for them.
-And they sometimes get lonely, so I recommend buying two.
People may ask, why listen to you, there are plenty of sites about guinea pigs.
Of course, you right, but, what you didn’t know is that I have two guinea pigs myself!
Now that we covered the pros and cons, let’s talk about Tips & Tricks to owning a guinea pig.
Clean their cage ever other day, or it will get very dirty.
They must have hay at all times.
They do bite when they’re mad, of course, they’re not severe bites.
Also note that guinea pigs eat a LOT, so check there food every week.
